Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course 

This course course can be taken for self- development or towards the pre-requisites for Mindfulness Teacher Training Certificate.
A certificate is provided on successful completion. 

'Make mindfulness a trait and not a state'

Mindfulness can help manage your daily stress and improve your well- being. You do not  need to have practiced meditation before  to attend. During the course you will learn ways to attend to present moment experiences in a healthy way. This program is delivered in a safe environment with a small group.
