What is Yin Yoga?
Get busy bee-yin with Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a deep practice, on the floor, that brings stillness and calm midst the busyness of our daily lives. It can be the balance to your existing practice.
Postures are held between 3-5 minutes, creating a space to truly be with the body, exploring and releasing emotions that come with the 'issues in the tissues'. It is a slow and meditative practice, something I like to compare to having a warm bath. Come and experience it for yourself. 
There are blankets provided but you can also bring your own if you wish. Do not practice any exercise before you come to this session. 
Anyone can come to this class- whether you  have a regular practice or never done yoga before.  
Please turn up 10 to 5 minutes before the start of the class. 
Wear a few layers. This is a  cool practice.

Men are welcome to this class!
