Discover the power of chakras, the body’s energetic centres, through yoga, meditation, and a practical crystal healing workshop in the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. This retreat is designed to nurture your mind, body, and emotions, leaving you feeling grounded, energised, and aligned.

What you can look forward to:

Morning

Hatha Yoga Session: Begin the day with a grounding and restorative Hatha yoga practice, designed to awaken your energy centres (chakras). Information about the chakras will be seamlessly woven into the practice.
Insights into Chakras: Learn how they influence your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
Explorative Yoga Practices: Experience other forms of yoga to embody the essence of each chakra, allowing for deeper connection and understanding.

Afternoon

Crystal Healing & Chakra Layout Workshop: Participate in a hands-on session exploring crystal healing and learn how a chakra layout can promote balance and healing. You’ll leave with practical knowledge to continue these practices at home.
Optional Crystal Sets: Beautiful chakra crystal sets will be available to purchase, perfect for deepening your practice.

Please bring a packed lunch. Refreshments, including tea and coffee, will be provided throughout the day.

Refund policy

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend if you’re unable to attend. For cancellations made up to 14 days before the retreat (8th June), 50% of the total investment (£30) will be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after 8th June.
