About this retreat 

Escape to the tranquillity of Cumbria  next summer and immerse yourself in a restorative retreat designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Over three nights, you'll experience a unique blend of yoga and mindfulness practices set against the backdrop of breathtaking natural scenery. This is your time to relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

Itinerary and accomodation

Day 1 (August 8th)

  • 3 PM: Arrival and settle in

  • 5 PM: Welcome Gathering

  • 6 PM: Evening Meal

  • 7 PM: Yoga Nidra Session

Days 2 & 3

  • Morning:

  • Gentle yet energising Hatha Yoga

  • Breakfast

  • Mindfulness and Yoga Practices

  • Lunch 

Afternoon:

  • Personal space for reflection or exploration

Evening:

  • Evening 

  • Nighttime Yoga Nidra

Departure time is between 2- 4pm on 11th August

  • Yin Yoga

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Kundalini Yoga

  • Hatha Yoga

  • Mindfulness Practices and Meditations

Meals

This retreat is not vegetarian-exclusive, and we will cater as best we can to dietary preferences with a variety of delicious meal options. The menu choices will be sent to you in advance of the retreat.

​

Accommodation

During the retreat, accommodations will be comfortable and conducive to relaxation. Rooms are shared between two participants, allowing for a sense of community and connection throughout your stay. Most rooms come with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. However, please note that only two of our rooms share a bathroom. We ensure a welcoming environment, ensuring your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Private accommodation option

For those who prefer a more secluded experience, it is possible to book a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Please note that there is an additional fee of £200 for those wanting to book a private room.

Cost of the retreat is from £650 per person- This is for a shared bedroom with one other person. An additional £200 per person for those wanting to book a private room.

Once you have made your deposit, we will contact you to confirm which type of room you would like to book (i.e. shared or private).
